Home»The Green River Trail
Today my wife and I needed to psychically purge ourselves after a Costco run south of Seattle. We walked along the trail above the Green River that winds through the area’s commercial distribution warehouses for a few miles. The Green River is mighty and originates in headwaters west of Mt. Rainier 40 miles to the southeast. And it can be challenging to connect its wild genesis with this part of town. I enjoy the visual respite, though the din is not friendly to the ears.
